The Stables were rebuilt by the great, great Grandson of the original proprietor, John Phillip Sheahan. 100 year old reclaimed European oak floorboards and decorated with Hale Mercantile Linens, French basket chandelier and beautiful Mr Smith body products.

Our mini bars feature local wines and are stocked with the perfect cheese plate to be enjoyed overlooking our beautiful gardens.

Continental breakfast includes Sir George Sourdough, Sir George granola and berry compote with Greek Yoghurt, Long Track Pantry condiments, Pepe Saya Butter, premium juice, tea and in-room Nespresso.
