Our esteemed Executive Chef, Anthony Davis, brings a wealth of culinary expertise and a passion for excellence to The Sir George. Anthony joined The Sir George in late 2022, his menus change with the season ranging from mouth-watering pizzas to slow roasted meats cooked over coals.

Our wine list proudly features local wineries, with whom we engage in collaborative dinners that allow Anthony to showcase his exceptional culinary skills. These events highlight the harmonious pairing of fine food and exquisite wine, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Our commitment to local suppliers extends way beyond the kitchen as our quarterly markets celebrate and showcase the remarkable produce from our valued suppliers.
